Rooted in strong product design principles, our mobile-first approach aims to create better experiences for our customers starting from the smallest of screens. However at MasterHealth, mobile-first is more than just a design philosophy.
A fundamental aspect of every MasterHealth program is to help our customers build new healthy habits and squash unhealthy ones. To do this effectively, we leverage behaviour change science and approaches that typically require our programs to proactively reach out to our users about habits and actions they’ve have present in their routines.
In our modern world, the vast majority of people look at their mobile phones in their first moments waking up in the morning as well as in their last moments before going to sleep at night. We believe it’s the perfect and most ideal starting point for anyone looking to make a consistent change in their life.
